• Sellers may remove reserve prices at any time during the bidding process. All bids are binding and placed with the intent to purchase.
• No warranties are given or implied at any time for any reason.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS-IS. NO REFUNDS.
• Full payment for all vehicles must be completed online within 24 hours to receive the required gate code(s) for pickup. No exceptions.
• Buyers who do not submit full payment within 24 hours will be charged a $50 remediation fee and granted an additional 24 hours to pay the full balance plus the fee. Failure to do so results in an automatic bidding ban.
• ACH payments take 3 to 5 business days to clear, and in some cases 7+ business days. Gate codes are released only after payment has fully cleared. If this timing conflicts with the pickup window, contact Autura support to make arrangements.
• Debit/credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee; gate codes are released immediately upon payment.
• Please read all auction terms and conditions before bidding.

• All vehicles are sold “as is”. Buyer acknowledges that TEGSCO makes no expressed or implied warranties about the vehicle condition, drivability, or its status. All vehicles are unregistered when sold. Abandoned vehicle title application and receipt are supplied to buyer in order to facilitate registration with Indiana BMV. Titles issued by the BMV will be clear of all liens, and will carry an “Exempt” status.
• Title applications will be filled out in the name of the final bidder. If changes need to be made, you must go to the BMV and apply for a title transfer. No exceptions.
• Paperwork provided is accepted by Indiana BMV for title and registration. There are no exceptions to paperwork provided. If bidding from another state, please see your out of state BMV to determine if paperwork provided is accepted for title and registration.
• All vehicles are sold as MILEAGE EXEMPT. There will be no odometer disclosure statement.

• All vehicles are subject to a 15% Autura Marketplace platform fee. Please check the bid card for more details.
• There will be a $95 TEGSCO fee attached to every vehicle.

• Pickup window: Thursdays until 5:00 PM and Friday - Saturday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM ET
• VEHICLES MUST BE PICKED UP BY 5PM ON SATURDAY
• What to bring: a valid government-issued ID, proof of full cleared payment, and your gate code. Unregistered vehicles must be removed by tow truck or trailer, or with a valid dealer plate or moving permit.
• Vehicles may be removed from the premises only by a licensed driver, or by trailer or tow truck.
• Buyer acknowledges that removal of an unregistered vehicle without a tow truck, dealer plate, or moving permit is unlawful and subject to penalties applied by law enforcement.

• A list of vehicles eligible to be auctioned is posted 7 days in advance at the Indianapolis Recorder newspaper and on their website.
• Vehicle viewing hours are as follows: Wednesdays 10:00am - 11:30AM
• For Dealers/Authorized Representatives: Please provide a notarized letter of authorization that includes the dealership name (put N/A if you are an individual buyer), the full name (first and last) of the individual authorized to pick up the vehicle, and the vehicle’s VIN.
