• Sellers may remove reserve prices at any time during the bidding process. All bids are binding and placed with the intent to purchase.
• No warranties are given or implied at any time for any reason.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS-IS. NO REFUNDS.
• Full payment for all vehicles must be completed online within 24 hours to receive the required gate code(s) for pickup. No exceptions.
• Buyers who do not submit full payment within 24 hours will be charged a $50 remediation fee and granted an additional 48 hours to pay the full balance plus the fee. Failure to do so results in an automatic bidding ban.
• ACH payments take 3 to 5 business days to clear, and in some cases 7+ business days. Gate codes are released only after payment has fully cleared. If this timing conflicts with the pickup window, contact Autura support to make arrangements.
• Debit/credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee; gate codes are released immediately upon payment.

Winning bids are subject to auction fees. Additional fees may apply and vary by vehicle; refer to the individual listing for details.

• Full payment is due no later than the day following the auction.
• Pick-up days/hours: Wednesdays (auction day) 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM; Thursdays 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM.
• Vehicles not paid for in full may be sold at the next auction.
• Vehicles appraised under $4,000 (L3 vehicles) must be picked up and removed immediately upon full payment.
• Vehicles appraised at $4,000 or more must remain at the facility for 10 days after the sale, per state law. TEGSCO will provide a follow-up pickup appointment.
• Failure to pay or pick up during scheduled days/hours may result in a ban from future auctions. Unclaimed vehicles may accrue storage fees and be sold at the next auction.
• Vehicles may be removed from the facility only by a licensed driver or tow truck operator.

• In-person viewing every other Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Free admission; valid government ID required. Vehicles cannot be started or driven.
