No warranties are given or implied at any time for any reason.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS-IS. NO REFUNDS.
Full payment for all vehicles must be completed online within 24 hours to receive the required gate code(s) for pickup. No exceptions.
Buyers who do not submit full payment within 24 hours will be charged a $50 remediation fee and granted an additional 48 hours to pay the full balance plus the fee. Failure to do so results in an automatic bidding ban.
ACH payments take 3 to 5 business days to clear, and in some cases 7+ business days. Gate codes are released only after payment has fully cleared. If this timing conflicts with the pickup window, contact Autura support to make arrangements.
